Hrushaabh Mishra is a seasoned engineering and business management professional with over 13 years of experience in project management, procurement, and technical solutions in the power and energy sector. After a successful tenure as a Senior Procurement Engineer at DEME Offshore BV, specializing in offshore wind farms and subsea cable procurement, he has returned to Syselec Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in November 2024 and is now serving as the CEO.

As CEO of Syselec Technologies, Hrushaabh spearheads strategic growth initiatives, driving innovation in power systems diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and high-voltage equipment solutions. With a proven track record of scaling business operations from €0.5M to €3.07M, he excels in supplier negotiations, subcontracting management, and technical due diligence. His expertise spans SF6 gas handling, transformer and cable diagnostics, emergency restoration solutions, and power systems training simulators.

Academically, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing & Human Resources from IIT Bombay and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a gold medal.
